At the end of the 5 days, there is a multiple-choice exam that will test your retention of the information imparted during the course. You will need to answer 80% of the questions correctly to obtain certification.

If for whatever reason you do not pass the multiple-choice exam you have the option of taking the course again. The only conditions are that you must wait at least 48 hours after you fail to register again, and you will need to pay the registration fee again.
