This is a 1-day course divided into morning and afternoon sessions with a break for lunch. The morning session will deal with SLG theory, i.e. the why and how of setting up SLG components. Following the afternoon session, a short exam will be administered. It will consist of 20 multiple-choice questions related to the day's instruction. Participants must answer 80% (16 of 20) of the questions correctly in order to obtain certification. Certification will be awarded by one of the following:

  • The Certification and Assessment Board for the Water Industry (CABWI)
  • The Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA)
